Who can participate?+
Stage/Create welcome children aged 4 to 15 from any school. A parent or guardian completes registration. Use the child’s age on the festival date. Pitch is for ages 10 to 15.

TGAA students must choose their own campus. Children from other schools can choose a campus. Pitch takes place only at Chembur. If a TGAA child’s home campus is not Chembur and they want Pitch, contact the organisers before registering.

Stage is for performing: dance, vocal or instrumental music, drama, speech, storytelling and Choose Your Own. Create is for drawing/painting, digital art, photography, craft/mixed media and Create Your Own. Pitch is for a team product idea.

Choose one theme for your entry: Sapna, dreams and possibilities; Umeed, hope and positive change; Soch, ideas, questions and new perspectives. Your talent × your theme = your entry.
Learn more →Can we enter alone, as a duo or as a team?+
Stage and Create accept solo or duo entries. Children may enter multiple activities, with a separate fee for each entry. A parent can add entries for several children to the family cart and register them together. Payments currently happen separately for each entry. Pitch is for teams of 3 to 5 at Chembur only; each child can belong to one Pitch team.

No. Sparks aged 4 to 7 perform or create, receive feedback and celebrate without rankings. The other age groups are Risers (8 to 11) and Stars (12 to 15).

8 to 17 October 2026: solo ₹400, duo ₹800. 18 to 27 October: solo ₹500, duo ₹900. 28 October to 5 November: solo ₹600, duo ₹1,000. Pitch: ₹3,000 per team. These are entry fees; visitor admission is separate.

Save your registration, pay on the campus Razorpay page using the same parent email and phone, then add the pay_ payment ID in My UDAAN. The festival team checks the payment and confirms your entry.

Each saved entry shows a Pay on Razorpay button for its campus in My UDAAN. If you cannot see it, contact the festival team with your entry reference.
Learn more →What if I paid twice, paid incorrectly or need a refund?+
All fees are non-refundable. For a duplicate, failed or incorrect payment, contact the festival team with your entry reference and receipt.

One parent account manages all your children's entries. Children do not need separate logins. After saving an entry, use My UDAAN to add payment, upload the entry, read feedback and see festival-day details.

Learn more →What should I upload for Stage?+
Upload a one-take landscape video with no edits, filters or effects. Dance, vocal and instrumental music: up to 90 seconds. Drama, speech, storytelling and Choose Your Own: up to 2 minutes. Maximum file size 50 MB.

Upload a clear photo of the work and a 2 to 3 line note explaining its connection to your theme. The upload limit is 50 MB. Keep the original work for the festival and follow any later display instructions from the organisers.
Learn more →When are registration and submission deadlines?+
Stage/Create registration closes 5 November 2026. Pitch registration closes 31 October. Campus submission windows appear in the Parent guide and My UDAAN. Submission requires verified payment, consent for every child and an open submission window.

Stage gets 2 days and Create 3 days from release of feedback to submit improvements. Published scorecards and deadlines appear in My UDAAN. Sparks receive feedback without displayed scores or rankings. Pitch includes two masterclasses and written feedback.

Pitch: ₹3,000 per team of 3 to 5 children. Every team receives an idea template, two masterclasses, a pitch opportunity and written feedback. Finalist teams receive up to ₹3,000 each for approved raw materials and a festival stall at Chembur on 13 December. Support covers actual approved costs against receipts, not an automatic registration refund. Obtain written approval before purchases. Register by 31 October; masterclasses on 1 and 15 November. Products must be child-made, safe, non-food and priced at ₹500 or less. Pitch is for ages 10 to 15.

Yes. Visitor tickets are ₹300 per person. Registered children enter free.

Workshops, games, an art gallery, photo spots and performances. Food is packed food only.

Learn more →What can participants receive?+
Every registered child gets an Aha! strength card and a participation certificate. Chosen Sparks get a commendation certificate. Finalists get a finalist certificate. Winners get a winner certificate, one free month of an Aha! activity and a prize. Pitch has awards for innovation and profitability.
