Your family’s information.
UDAAN is an inter-school festival by Aha! Acres Hub of Activities. Parents create accounts to manage entries for children aged 4 to 15.
What we save
Parent name, verified email, phone, child name, age, school and TGAA campus, entry choices, payment reference, submissions, feedback and administrative updates. Supabase provides account authentication, database storage and private file storage.
Who can see it
Your account can access your family’s records. Authorised festival administrators can review registrations and submissions, verify payments and manage the festival. Submission files are private and use temporary viewing links.
Payments and login
Razorpay handles payment details on its checkout. This site saves a payment reference and verification status, not card or banking details. Your browser stores the login session so you can return to your account. Sign out on shared devices.
Your choices
Contact hello@aha.space to request corrections, access or deletion, or ask about retention. Entry files are deleted 90 days after the campus festival day. Registration does not grant permission to publicly publish a child’s photos or submissions.
