Product and budget rules

  • Finalist teams only: up to ₹3,000 each for approved raw materials.
  • Submit a materials list and budget before buying. Money is paid back against receipts, only after written approval.
  • Direct organiser purchase can be arranged instead of reimbursement.
  • Children make the products. No ready-made resale, food or unsafe products. No product priced above ₹500; at most 25 variants.
  • One team per child. One parent coordinates; every child’s own parent must consent.
  • Pitch for 3 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of questions. At least two children speak.
  • Include all production costs, even funded materials, when calculating profit. Family purchases must be recorded separately and excluded from the competitive sales score.

Registration does not guarantee selection or funding. Do not spend on production before written approval. Family-funded additions also need approval.
